FRAE

There is luxury in knowing what to leave untouched.

For ANOTHER × FRAE, we built an evening around the taste of nostalgia —— the kind that finds you before you've named it. Not an event to attend, but a night curated for the INDIVIDUALS who had gathered.

A creative direction designed to feel obscure, but knowing. Playful, but never careless. Personal, down to the last glass.

From concept to table, menu to materiality, every decision began with the same question: what should this evening taste like before a single guest sat down?

Classics, reimagined through seasonal produce and combinations that surprised before they made sense. Dill infused with French chartreuse. A rhubarb and custard kir royale. Torched mackerel. Asparagus véronique. Lamb navarin, cooked slowly over an open flame.

Every dish carried its own story — a memory for one guest. a new discovery for another. a flavour no one wanted to stop tasting.

Our sommelier and chefs travelled from Ireland to the provencal region of france to cook, pour and mingle among the tables themselves — every wine drawn from organic, natural vineyards nearby, every ingredient from the local market that morning.

Creativity doesn't live in perfection. It lives in authenticity.
